Research

We try to actively promote and expand the opportunity for interdisciplinary cooperation with regard to fundamentals, efficient algorithms, innovative application and teaching. Already in full swing is a joint coordination and steering of the University of Bayreuth's teaching programme in the field of AI and IT. Furthermore, the BayLDS ring lecture as well as the upper seminar of the Research Center for Modelling and Simulation (MODUS) actively supports and promotes interdisciplinary networking (https://www.modus.uni-bayreuth.de/en/index.html).
